Comfy bed, great city view, helpful staff, nice room facilities, friendly cleaning staff, good food and drinks at the bar/lounge. Resort-like ambiance, excellent and helpful staff, suggested dinner and Broadway show options, provided directions to attractions, beautiful bedroom with incredible views. Ideal location, short walking distance to St James Theatre, Ripley's museum, and Bryant Park. Perfect for families with young kids.

My stay at Hilton New York Times Square was fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located next to popular tourist attractions, theaters, and sights in the heart of midtown Manhattan. The location is unbeatable for exploring the vibrant Manhattan skyline. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant is conveniently just a short walk away. I was impressed with my tidy and terrific room, which offered breathtaking views.

Thank you for a nice stay. This hotel is impecable with everything being good and great value. The location is incredible, 1 mile from Carnegie Hall. All the rooms are contemporary with 2 queen beds and the staff is amicable. Friendly service, the breakfast is savoury and tasty.

This place is located in the heartbeat of it all. We were able to easily walk or taxi to all of the must-see attractions. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. We loved the room amenities like the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. The staff were great about storing our bags between check-in and check-out, so we could enjoy the city a bit longer.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The location is magnificent, within walking distance of a long-standing department store. The venue has stylish rooms and best staff that had great customer service.

The location wonderful and easy near the theaters. And right by Times Square, restaurant and the theater district.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions just a short walk away. We were able to easily visit Times Square and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The hotel also had a restaurant which was lovely, and we loved being able to get our morning coffee from the Starbucks store located in the hotel.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were crumbs on the table and sofa chair, and the little aluminum table was very dirty.

Ideal and easy location near the theatres, and 10 minute walk from Rockefeller Center.

If you're a tourist looking for a convenient location close to Times Square, subway, and bus station, this hidden gem is for you. With attractions like Madame Tussauds, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and Senor Frog's right next door, you'll never be bored. The well-appointed rooms offer comfort and a spectacular view of Broadway. Plus, the hotel provides free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, and an ironing board, making your stay even more convenient.

The front desk staff can be quite rude and unhelpful, with long waits for simple requests.

We loved the convenient location, right next to everything on Broadway and close to Grand Central Station. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent customer service at check-in. The breakfast was good, and we had no problem finding parking or accessing transportation, with the subway nearby to explore different parts of the city.

Check in was delayed way too long. They were waiting for rooms but could have gotten a few checked in, except waited for a list to come thru.
